Frank Craven, Publisher, Aircraft Bluebook Frank joined the staff of the Aircraft Bluebook as an Associate Editor in 1995 and shortly thereafter became the Editor of the AC-U-KWIK FBO directories. He was appointed to Publisher of the Aviation Division in early 2006. Frank holds a degree in Aviation Management from Central Missouri State in Warrensburg, Missouri and is an FAA certified flight instructor. Paul Wyatt, Editor-in-Chief, Aircraft Bluebook Paul has been with the Aircraft Bluebook since 1997 and was named Editor in 1998. He became Editor-in-Chief of our Aviation Division in 2003. Carl Janssens, Editor, Aircraft Bluebook; Accredited Senior Appraiser, ASA Carl joined the Aircraft Bluebook staff in 1999 as Associate Editor and is currently the Editor. Carl is an Accredited Senior Appraiser under the ASA (MTS / Aircraft Specialty discipline). Carl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Avila University, Kansas City, Missouri and is an FAA licensed instrument rated pilot. Chris Reynolds, Associate Editor, Aircraft Bluebook; Accredited Senior Appraiser, ASA Chris joined the staff of Aircraft Bluebook as an Associate Editor in 2007 and he is also an Accredited Senior Appraiser under the ASA (MTS / Aircraft Specialty discipline). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Technology from Kansas State University in Salina, Kansas and is an FAA certified flight instrument instructor as well as a commercially rated single and multi-engine instrument pilot.
